Sunday School

We offer classes for ages 3 years through 99 after the morning worship service (around 10:45 a.m.) September thru May.

The Primary Department (ages 3 years thru 3rd grade) and the Junior Department (grades 4-6) are using L.I.F.E. curriculum.  The 7th & 8th grade and high school classes study a variety of topics. We also offer two different classes for adults; one is based upon the Sunday School Guide and the other discusses contemporary topics. Each year our children are encouraged to memorize different Scripture passages, creeds and prayers.

The Primary Department takes time each week to sing, practice their memory work and challenge the children with mini lessons.  The Junior Department gathers together once a month to talk about various topics.  They have various members of the congregation come to speak about their faith, various ministries in the church and other topics.  The students also have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have about faith, ministry or other issues of their guest speaker.  Our Primary Department is led by Sarah Weeldreyer and Sue Smit.  The Junior Department is led by Diane Pater. Dirk Weeldreyer is our Sunday School Superintendent.
